How is this street light mounted?

It is designed for pole, column or post mounting via a street-pole spigot. It is not a wall fitting and should not be fixed to the side of a building. This keeps the asymmetric beam aimed correctly down a road or across a car park.

Is it suitable for fully exposed outdoor use?
