The PRO-S is a 45W LED street light built for pole and column mounting along roads, access routes and car parks. It draws 220 to 240V AC and delivers 6950 lumens at an efficiency of 154 lm/W, giving plenty of output from a modest power draw. The colour temperature is a neutral 4000K, a clean white that keeps surfaces, signage and vehicles easy to read after dark. Its asymmetric 150° x 125° beam spreads light forward and across the carriageway rather than straight down, the kind of wide throw that US specifiers tend to call an area or shoebox light.

The fitting suits adoptable and private roads, estate access lanes, car parks, loading yards and similar outdoor areas where even spacing matters more than a tight pool of light. The wide asymmetric beam lets each unit cover a long stretch of road or a broad parking bay, so columns can be spaced further apart while still avoiding dark gaps between them. How is the PRO-S mounted?

It is designed for pole or column mounting via its spigot, suiting street columns, car-park lighting posts and access-road poles. It is not a wall fitting and should not be fixed to the side of a building. Matching the spigot to your existing column bracket is the only requirement.

Is it suitable for fully exposed outdoor and wet locations?

Yes. The PRO-S carries an IP66 rating, so it is sealed against dust and powerful water jets and is fine in fully exposed positions through all weather. The IK08 rating also gives a useful degree of impact resistance for public areas.

How should units be spaced for even coverage?
