Description
The PRO-S is a pole-mounted LED street light built for roads, access ways and car parks. It draws 10W and gives out 1440 lumens at a neutral 4000K white, with a wide asymmetric beam of 150° × 125° that spreads light forward and along the carriageway rather than in a tight circle. At 144 lm/W it is an efficient choice for area lighting that runs through the night. Across the Atlantic this type of fitting is the area light or shoebox luminaire you see on a parking lot pole, and the PRO-S fills the same role on a smaller scale.
The wide beam suits even spacing along a road edge, a private drive or a compact car park, where the asymmetric throw pushes light outward to cover the running surface between poles. It mounts to a street pole or column via its spigot, so plan pole height and spacing to keep the lit area continuous without dark gaps. As a low-wattage head it works well for amenity routes, footpaths and smaller parking bays rather than wide multi-lane roads, and several heads can be run along a column line for longer stretches.
The body is aluminium alloy in a grey finish, rated IP66 so it stands up to driving rain and wash-down on a fully exposed pole, with IK08 impact resistance against knocks and debris. The integrated LED is rated to 100,000 hours, which keeps maintenance trips to a minimum on hard-to-reach columns. It measures 535 × 210 × 108 mm and weighs 2.99 kg, runs on 220-240V AC mains and is not dimmable. The wider PRO-S range covers higher wattages for larger sites if more output is needed.

Frequently Asked
How does the PRO-S mount?
It is a pole or column-mounted street luminaire, fixed to the top or side of a lighting pole via its spigot. It is designed for roads, drives and car park columns, not for fixing to a building wall.
Is it suitable for fully exposed outdoor use?
Yes. The PRO-S is rated IP66, which means it is fully weatherproof against driving rain and water jets, so it can sit on an open pole in any weather. The IK08 rating also gives it solid resistance to impacts and debris.
How should the poles be spaced for even coverage?
The wide 150° × 125° asymmetric beam spreads light forward and along the route, so heads can be spaced out while keeping the running surface lit. Pole height and gap should be set together to avoid dark patches between fittings, with this 10W head best suited to footpaths, amenity routes and smaller bays.
How do I clean and maintain it?
Wipe the lens and housing with a soft damp cloth to clear road grime and keep the output bright, with the mains isolated first. The integrated LED is rated to 100,000 hours, so beyond occasional cleaning there are no bulbs to change on the pole.
