Description

The Ivy is a 9-light chandelier built around a black metal frame with nine hand-blown opal glass globes radiating from a central column. Each globe sits on its own black arm at varying lengths and angles, creating a clustered, sputnik-style silhouette. Nine G9 lamp holders sit inside the opal glass, which diffuses the light into a soft, even glow without visible filaments.

The chandelier measures 600mm wide and 400mm high, suiting medium-sized dining tables, kitchen islands, open-plan living areas and stairwell drops. Suspended from a single cable with a black cylindrical canopy, it works in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.4m or higher and can be installed centred over a dining table or as a sculptural fixture in a hallway. The cable length is adjustable on installation.

The matt black metal finish on the arms and central column gives the fitting a graphic outline against pale walls or ceilings, while the opal glass softens the contrast when lit. Nine separate light points spread illumination across a wider area than a single-source pendant of similar size, making the Ivy useful as both ambient and decorative lighting. The glass globes are uniform in size, giving the cluster a balanced, geometric appearance.
