Description

The Heron II is a compact LED desk lamp built for focused task lighting at a work surface. It draws just 4.8W and gives 430 lumens of neutral white light at 4000K, with a 110 degree beam that spreads an even pool across the area directly in front of the user. The adjustable arm and head let the light be angled exactly where it is needed, whether over a keyboard, a notebook or a craft project. As a free-standing led desk lamp it rests on its own weighted base, ready to sit on any desk or table.

Set on a study desk, home-office worktop or bedside reading table, the Heron II keeps light close to the task rather than washing the wider room. The 4000K neutral white tone suits reading, writing and screen work, holding colours true at Ra 80, and the 90 lm/W efficiency keeps running costs low. The beam concentrates brightness on the surface immediately ahead of the user, so it lights a desk-sized working zone rather than a whole room. It is intended for dry indoor use only, with an IP20 rating that rules out bathrooms, porches and any outdoor location.

The body is aluminium alloy in a black finish, giving a sturdy feel and a low-profile footprint. The integrated LED is rated for around 20,000 hours, so there is no bulb to replace over the life of the lamp.
