The Gulf Mini is a 15cm diameter pendant light formed from a single piece of mirrored silver chrome glass, suspended on a 150cm black fabric-braided cable. The rounded apple-shaped shade houses a single G9 lamp holder (bulb sold separately) at its base, with the bulb visible through the open lower aperture and the shade itself acting as a reflector.

The compact 15cm width and 12cm height make this pendant suited to clustering above kitchen islands and breakfast bars, hanging in rows along a peninsula, or used singly over a bedside table or hallway console. The 150cm cable allows the drop to be set during installation, typically 700-800mm above a worktop or 600-700mm above a bedside surface, with excess cable concealed at the canopy.

The mirrored silver chrome finish on the outer glass surface reflects surrounding colour and light, so the pendant takes on tones from the room around it rather than reading as a flat metallic shape. With a G9 bulb fitted, light spills downward through the open base while the curved interior bounces additional light back through the shade. The construction combines glass and metal fittings with a stated 2-year warranty.

What bulb does the Gulf Mini take?

The pendant takes a single G9 capsule bulb, which is sold separately. Most users pair this with a 2-3W G9 LED in 2700K or 3000K warm white to keep the visible bulb glow soft against the mirrored silver shade.

Can multiple pendants be clustered together?

Yes. The 15cm diameter and 12cm height make the Gulf Mini suited to clustering at staggered drops above an island, or to hanging in a row of three or five along a breakfast bar. Each pendant comes with its own canopy and 150cm cable, so a multi-point ceiling rose or driver plate is needed to combine them under a single ceiling outlet.

How is the mirrored chrome shade cleaned?

Wipe the outer glass with a soft, dry microfibre cloth to lift dust without scratching the mirrored coating. For fingerprints, use a barely-damp cloth with a small amount of glass cleaner sprayed onto the cloth rather than directly onto the shade. Avoid abrasive sponges and ammonia-heavy household sprays.

What ceiling height does it suit?

The 150cm cable allows the pendant to be hung at any drop up to that length and shortened on installation. The compact 12cm shade height keeps visual bulk low, so the Gulf Mini works in rooms with standard 2.4m ceilings as well as taller spaces where a longer drop is wanted.
