Description

This Knightsbridge grid switch cover is a replaceable rocker printed with 'Warming Drawer' in grey text on a matt white background. The cover clips onto compatible Knightsbridge grid switch modules, allowing kitchens and utility rooms to label individual appliance circuits without replacing the entire switch plate.

Designed for use with Knightsbridge's modular grid switch system, the cover fits any standard 20A double-pole grid switch module used to control hardwired appliances such as warming drawers, dishwashers, ovens and washing machines. The rocker can be removed and replaced without disconnecting power or removing the faceplate from the wall, making it straightforward to relabel circuits when appliances are replaced or relocated.

The matt white finish matches white and off-white grid plates and provides a neutral backdrop for the printed text. Constructed from ABS plastic with a steel rocker mechanism, the cover carries an IP20 rating for dry indoor use and a 25-year warranty. Dimensions are 33mm height, 16mm width and 6.8mm projection when fitted to the grid module.

Which Knightsbridge grid switches does this fit?

The cover fits all standard Knightsbridge 20A double-pole grid switch modules. It does not fit standard plate switches or non-grid format switches from other manufacturers.

Can the rocker be changed without disconnecting power?

Yes. The rocker cover clips onto the underlying switch module and can be removed and replaced while the circuit remains live, though it is safer to isolate the circuit at the consumer unit before making any changes.
