Description

The Ginger is a 60cm wide LED pendant light built around a shallow disc-shaped shade with a wood-effect grain on the upper surface and a matt white painted underside. A small black metal diffuser sits centrally beneath the disc on a slim black stem, housing the integrated 10W 3000K LED that throws light upwards onto the white inner face.

This is an indirect-light fitting rather than a direct downlight, so the room reads as softly washed in warm ambient light rather than spotlit beneath the pendant. The format suits dining tables and kitchen islands of 1.4m or longer, where the 60cm diameter sits in proportion above the surface, as well as larger lounge and entrance hall positions where reflected light from the white underside is preferred over a glare-prone bare bulb.

The wood-grain finish on the upper shade gives the pendant a softer, more natural top profile than an all-metal fitting, while the black stem, diffuser cap and suspension cable keep the lower silhouette graphic and modern. The 150cm cable allows the pendant to be hung at typical dining-table height (700-800mm above the table) from ceilings up to around 2.7m, with excess cable taken up at the canopy on installation.
