Description

The Droplet is a slimline LED pendant light formed from a tapered gold stem flowing into a smoked chrome glass shade with a teardrop profile. An integrated 5W 3000K LED sits behind a clear lens at the base of the shade, casting warm, downward-focused light. The fitting measures 21cm high with an 8.5cm diameter shade, hung from an adjustable grey cable extending to a maximum drop of 3.5m.

The narrow 8.5cm diameter and 21cm height make the Droplet well suited to clustered installation above kitchen islands, dining tables and stairwells, where multiple units can be set at staggered heights to fill a vertical volume without crowding. As a single pendant it works as task lighting over a bedside table, console or breakfast bar. The 3.5m maximum drop accommodates double-height ceilings, mezzanines and stairwell voids that standard pendants cannot reach.

The smoked chrome glass shade carries a mirrored finish on the outer surface that shifts between silver, charcoal and warm gold reflections depending on surrounding light. The gold stem extends roughly two-thirds of the fitting's height before transitioning into the glass, giving a clear two-tone composition. The downward-firing LED keeps glare contained and directs light onto the surface below rather than into the room.

For cluster installations, the Droplet is compatible with Niori's universal white canopies in 3, 5, 7, 14, 24 and 36-light round formats, and 7, 14 and 28-light rectangular formats. Custom drop lengths can be specified to suit specific ceiling heights and arrangement geometries.

Yes. The Droplet is designed to work with Niori's universal white canopies, available in round formats from 3 to 36 lights and rectangular formats from 7 to 28 lights. Custom drop lengths can be specified so each pendant in a cluster sits at a different height.

What ceiling height does the 3.5m drop suit?

The cable can be shortened on installation, so the Droplet works in standard 2.4m ceilings as well as double-height rooms, stairwells and mezzanines up to roughly 4m where the full 3.5m drop is needed.

Does it come with a bulb?

Yes. The 5W 3000K LED is integrated into the fitting and does not need a separate bulb. The warm-white 3000K colour temperature suits living, dining and bedroom use rather than task-focused kitchen or office light.
