The Code Cipher is a nine-piece modular sofa system with black-and-white graffiti-inspired graphic fabric covers over cushioned foam modules. Each module measures approximately 80cm high and combines to form a U-shaped configuration 440cm wide and 160cm deep, providing seated positions for up to nine people. The graphic print uses hand-drawn linework across each section, creating visual continuity across the assembled sofa.

Designed for open-plan living spaces, hospitality lounges and office breakout areas with at least 5m x 4m of floor space, the Code Cipher's U-formation creates a contained seating zone without needing wall support. Each module sits independently and can be reconfigured into L-shapes, straight runs or separated seating islands depending on room layout. The graphic covers are fully removable, revealing solid-tone base fabric in six available colours beneath.

The outer fabric is a European-certified premium weave tested to 100,000 Martindale abrasion cycles, with water-repellent treatment and anti-claw protection for resistance to spills and pet claws. Covers remove via concealed zips along the base seam of each module, machine-washable at 30°C for deep cleaning. The foam core uses high-density blocks that retain shape under repeated sitting, with no springs to sag or metal frames to creak.

Nomu manufactures the Code Cipher in Portugal using certified European fabrics and Portuguese upholstery workshops. Modules ship flat-packed with assembly involving slotting modules together without tools or fixings, reducing shipping volume by approximately 40% compared to pre-assembled sofas.
