Description

The Knightsbridge T8BLED25 is a twin-tube 5ft LED batten delivering 5250lm at 4000K cool white through an opal polycarbonate diffuser. The integrated LED light source sits within a pressed steel housing finished in white, measuring 1525mm long by 95mm wide with an 85mm ceiling projection. The batten runs on 230V mains with a constant-current driver built into the body.

Designed as a direct replacement for traditional twin-tube T8 fluorescent battens in garages, workshops, utility rooms, storage areas and commercial ceiling runs, the fitting provides even, wide-angle illumination across workbenches, racking and circulation routes. The 120-degree beam angle spreads light broadly without creating hard shadows or hotspots under the fitting. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments where the fitting is not exposed to moisture or dust ingress.

The pressed steel construction gives the batten structural rigidity for ceiling or wall mounting, while the opal polycarbonate diffuser conceals the LED array and softens the light output to reduce glare when working directly beneath the fitting.
