Description

The Knightsbridge square track spotlight is a GU10 fitting mounted on a plastic track connector with an aluminium head finished in brushed chrome. The head rotates 350° on the track axis and tilts 80° from horizontal, allowing light to be directed across walls, onto artwork, or down onto worktops and display surfaces.

Designed for track lighting systems in kitchens, retail spaces, galleries and home offices, the spotlight accepts standard retrofit GU10 halogen or LED bulbs up to 50W (sold separately). The plastic track connector clips onto standard single-circuit track systems and locks in place without tools, making individual spotlights easy to reposition or replace. Dimming capability depends on the bulb type chosen — most modern GU10 LEDs are dimmable when paired with compatible dimmer switches.

The aluminium construction keeps the head lightweight at approximately 100g while the brushed chrome finish hides fingerprints and minor marks better than polished finishes. The compact 50mm square head and 128mm projection from the track rail suit low-ceiling installations where larger spotlights would dominate visually. Class I rating requires the track system to be earthed.

Dimming depends on the bulb chosen. Most modern GU10 LED bulbs are dimmable when paired with a compatible LED dimmer switch. Check the bulb packaging for dimmer compatibility before purchasing.

Can it be used in bathrooms?
