Description

The QTX Vanilla Fragrance is a 20ml concentrate designed to scent fog, haze and smoke machine fluids with a vanilla aroma. One bottle treats up to 5 litres of fluid, meaning a single 20ml bottle can scent the output of 10-15 typical event uses before needing replacement. The fragrance is added directly to the fog or haze fluid tank, shaken, and dispersed through the machine's normal operation.

Designed for event venues, weddings, stage productions, clubs and themed parties where scented fog effects are needed, the vanilla fragrance masks the standard chemical smell of unscented fog fluids with a warmer, more neutral scent. The fragrance is compatible with water-based fog fluids, oil-based haze fluids and glycol-based smoke fluids across all machine brands. It does not alter the fog density, hang time or dissipation rate of the base fluid.

The 20ml concentrate comes in a brown glass bottle with a white tamper-evident cap. The bottle is small enough to be carried in a flight case or kit bag alongside spare fog fluid and stored at room temperature without special handling. QTX produces this fragrance in five scent variants (Coconut, Mint, Vanilla, Tropical, Strawberry), allowing operators to match the scent to the event theme or client preference. The vanilla variant provides a broadly acceptable scent profile for general event use where strong or polarising scents are best avoided.

How much fragrance is needed per litre of fog fluid?

Approximately 4ml of fragrance per litre of fog or haze fluid is recommended. This means one 20ml bottle treats 5 litres of fluid. Add the fragrance to the fluid tank, shake well, and allow the mixture to settle for a few minutes before running the machine.

Is it compatible with all fog and haze machines?

Yes. The fragrance is added to the fluid itself, not the machine. As long as the base fluid is compatible with your machine, adding this fragrance will not affect machine operation or void warranties.

Does the fragrance affect fog output or hang time?

No. The fragrance is an aroma additive only. It does not change the fog density, particle size, hang time or dissipation rate of the base fluid. Machine output remains the same as unscented fluid.

Can I mix different fragrances together?

While technically possible, mixing fragrances is not recommended as the combined scent may be unpredictable. Use one fragrance per fluid batch. If changing scents, flush the machine tank and run a few cycles of unscented fluid first to clear residual scent from the heating element.
