Description

QTX fog machine cleaning fluid is a 250ml water-based maintenance solution designed to flush residue from the internal heating elements and pipes of smoke and haze machines. Regular use of cleaning fluid between fog fluid refills reduces the buildup of glycol and glycerine deposits that cause blockages, reduce output volume, and shorten heater element life.

The cleaning fluid is poured into the fog machine's fluid reservoir after the standard fog fluid has been emptied, then the machine is run until the cleaning fluid has been expelled as vapour. This process flushes the internal pathways and heater block, removing residue left behind by standard fog fluids. The fluid is formulated to be non-toxic and largely biodegradable, reducing environmental impact compared to harsher chemical cleaners.

Intended for use in professional fog machines used in event production, theatre, clubs, and installation environments where fog machines run frequently. The 250ml bottle provides enough cleaning fluid for 3-5 maintenance cycles depending on the machine's tank capacity. QTX recommends cleaning after every 10-15 hours of fog machine operation, or whenever output volume visibly decreases.
