The Knightsbridge OWALL02BC is a compact up-and-down wall light constructed from 201 stainless steel with a brushed chrome finish and IP54 weather protection. Two cylindrical tubes project 96mm from a wall-mounted backplate, each housing a single GU10 bulb socket that directs light upward and downward along the wall surface.

Designed for exterior walls on residential properties, commercial façades, courtyards and covered outdoor areas, the IP54 rating protects against dust ingress and water splashes from any direction. The 170mm overall height and 60mm diameter keep the fitting compact enough for installation between windows, alongside doorways, or in tight recesses where larger fittings would overwhelm the space. The up-and-down beam pattern creates grazing light on textured walls (brick, render, stone) and provides vertical illumination without direct glare at eye level.

The brushed chrome finish on the stainless steel body resists corrosion in coastal and high-humidity environments better than painted aluminium equivalents. The clear diffusers at each end of the cylinders allow GU10 LED or halogen bulbs to project their full output without significant colour shift. The fitting accepts any standard GU10 bulb up to 20W per socket (bulbs sold separately), giving control over colour temperature and dimming behaviour depending on the specific bulb chosen.

The backplate mounts to standard UK external electrical boxes with two fixing points and includes a Class I earth connection for additional safety. What GU10 bulbs work best with this fitting?

Any standard GU10 LED or halogen bulb up to 20W per socket will fit. Most users choose warm-white LED bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for outdoor wall washing. Dimmable bulbs require a compatible dimmer on the circuit.
