Description

The Knightsbridge multimedia combination plate houses two 2-gang 13A double-pole switched sockets and eight Euro module insert spaces (25 x 50mm) behind a single brushed chrome screwless faceplate with a black insert. Each 2-gang socket carries independent DP switching, isolating both live and neutral lines when switched off.

Designed for media walls, home office desks, meeting rooms and kitchen islands where power outlets need to sit alongside data, AV or charging connections in a unified installation. The eight module spaces accept Knightsbridge Euro modules including HDMI, Cat6 data sockets, USB charging ports, satellite F-connectors, speaker terminals and telephone sockets, allowing the plate to be configured to the exact signal distribution needed for the installation. The screwless cover plate clips onto a metal sub-frame, so there are no visible screws or fixings once fitted.

The plate measures 297.5mm wide by 179.5mm high and requires a minimum 35mm back box depth for safe installation. The brushed chrome finish provides a neutral metallic accent that works across contemporary and traditional interiors, while the black insert behind the plate hides the back of the cover and defines each outlet aperture. The premium-grade steel construction is rated IP20 for dry indoor locations and carries a 25-year warranty.

What Euro modules are compatible with this plate?

The eight module spaces accept any Knightsbridge 25 x 50mm Euro module inserts including HDMI, Cat6 data sockets, USB charging ports (Type A, Type C), satellite F-connectors, speaker terminals, 3.5mm audio jacks and RJ11 telephone sockets. Modules are sold separately.

What back box depth is required?

A minimum 35mm back box depth is needed for safe installation. The screwless cover plate adds 4.5mm of projection from the wall once fitted.

Can the module spaces be left blank?

Yes. If fewer than eight modules are needed, the unused spaces can be left blank or filled with blank Euro module inserts for a cleaner finish.

Is the screwless plate removable for redecorating?

Yes. The brushed chrome cover plate clips onto a separate metal sub-frame fixed to the back box. The cover can be removed for painting around the plate and re-clipped without re-wiring the sockets or modules.
