Description

The Knightsbridge 20AX DP grid module is a double-pole switch module with an integrated LED indicator, finished in matt black ABS with steel terminals. The module clips onto standard Grid mounting frames (sold separately) to build custom switch and socket configurations in residential, commercial and hospitality installations.

Designed for modular wiring systems, the module occupies a single grid slot measuring 56.3mm high by 24.8mm wide, allowing multiple modules to be combined within a 2-gang, 3-gang or 4-gang Grid frame depending on circuit requirements. The double-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when off, providing additional safety for appliances and circuits requiring full isolation. The LED indicator shows circuit status at a glance, useful for identifying whether a load is energised without needing to test the circuit.

The matt black rocker is fixed and non-replaceable, reducing maintenance requirements in high-use environments where removable rockers can become loose or detached. The module requires a 35mm minimum back box depth behind the Grid frame and carries an IP20 rating for indoor dry-location installation. The ABS body and steel terminals are rated for 230V 50Hz mains at up to 20A load, handling circuits up to 4,600W.
