The Knightsbridge 13A 2-gang SP switched socket adds one USB-A and one USB-C charging port behind a polished brass screwless faceplate with a black insert. The single-pole switching controls the live line only, suitable for standard residential loads where dual-pole isolation is not required. The USB ports share a 5V 4A output, providing up to 20W of charging power split between connected devices.

Designed for residential and hospitality installation, the socket fits a standard 25-35mm back box depth depending on wiring conditions and uses a screwless cover plate that clips onto a separate metal sub-frame. This means there are no visible screws or fixings on the wall once installed, giving a cleaner finish than traditional screw-fixed plates. The built-in gasket sits between the sub-frame and the cover plate, preventing dust ingress around the edges and maintaining a tight seal against the wall surface.

The polished brass finish provides a warm metallic accent that pairs well with traditional, classical and warm-toned contemporary interiors. The black insert behind the brass faceplate hides the back of the cover plate and gives a defined edge to each outlet aperture.
