The white thermoset resin faceplate has a 9mm square edge profile with a built-in gasket and anti-microbial surface protection tested to ISO 22196:2011, making it suitable for commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, schools and other high-traffic or hygiene-critical environments.

The dual-pole switching isolates both live and neutral lines when the socket is switched off, providing additional safety over single-pole switching for high-draw appliances and equipment. The twin earth terminals allow two earth cables to be connected to a single socket, supporting high-integrity earthing configurations commonly required in commercial installations, IT environments and installations with metal-clad accessories.
