Description
The Zinta is a single-arm crystal wall light with an integrated pull-cord switch, a French gold metal frame, and three faceted crystal droplets suspended from curved arms. The frame forms a scrolled S-shape that extends 230mm from the wall, holding a candle-style E14 bulb fitting on a flared glass drip tray. The gold finish sits between polished and satin, giving a warm metallic tone without the high reflectivity of polished brass.
Designed for bedside positions, hallway accent lighting, and either side of mirrors or artwork in living rooms, the Zinta provides directed task light from a single 60W maximum E14 bulb (sold separately). The integrated pull-cord switch allows the light to be controlled without needing to reach for a wall switch, making it particularly useful beside a bed or in positions where wall switching is impractical. The 330mm height and 110mm width keep the fitting compact enough for narrow hallways and bedside alcoves.
The three crystal droplets are cut from Asfour crystal, an Egyptian lead-free optical crystal that refracts light into prismatic colour under direct illumination. The droplets hang on brass pins from the upper scroll, the candle drip tray, and the lower scroll, so they catch light from the bulb and from ambient room light. The French gold finish works in both traditional and transitional interiors, pairing with warm-toned walls, dark wood furniture, and cream or gold soft furnishings. The fitting weighs 0.9kg and mounts to a standard UK backplate with two fixing screws into a plastered wall or solid substrate.

Frequently Asked
What bulb does the Zinta take?
The Zinta uses a single E14 (small Edison screw) candle bulb up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a 4-6W warm-white LED candle bulb at 2700K for bedside or hallway use.
Is it dimmable?
Yes, if you fit a dimmable E14 bulb and control it via a wall-mounted dimmer switch on the lighting circuit. The integrated pull-cord switch on the fitting itself is on/off only and does not dim.
How does the pull-cord switch work?
The brass pull-cord hangs from the lower part of the frame. Pull once to turn the light on, pull again to turn it off. This allows bedside control without needing to reach for a wall switch.
What's the difference between French gold and polished brass?
French gold has a slightly satin finish with lower reflectivity than polished brass, giving a warmer, less mirror-like appearance. It sits between antique brass and polished brass in tone and sheen.
