Description

The Zero Round is a 770mm flush ceiling light with a white steel backplate and an opal white acrylic diffuser that conceals nine E27 lamp sockets. The 200mm projection from the ceiling makes it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant or semi-flush would hang too low. Bulbs are sold separately, allowing you to choose wattage and colour temperature to suit the room.

Designed for living rooms, bedrooms, open-plan kitchen-diners and hallways where broad even illumination is needed, the nine E27 sockets distribute light across the full 770mm diameter rather than concentrating it in a single central cluster. This reduces harsh shadows and gives more uniform coverage across a typical 4-5m room. The fitting can be mounted flush to the ceiling or onto a wall as a large wall light, depending on the room's layout and your preferred light direction.

The opal acrylic diffuser softens the light from the bulbs and hides the individual lamp positions when viewed from below, presenting as a single glowing disc rather than nine visible points. The white steel backplate is finished in a powder coat that resists discolouration over time. At 4.3kg the fitting requires secure fixing into a ceiling joist or appropriate wall anchor, not just plasterboard alone.

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs you fit — pairing dimmable LED or halogen E27 bulbs with a trailing-edge dimmer allows the light level to be adjusted from full brightness down to a low ambient glow. Non-dimmable bulbs will work at full power only.
