Zareon LED Large Linear Alabaster Suspension Light - Soft White

The Zareon is a 1.5m linear suspension light cut from a single cylinder of natural Spanish alabaster, 100mm in diameter, suspended on twin slim cables from a soft white ceiling fixing. An integrated 36W LED runs along the length of the stone at 3000K, turning the alabaster cylinder itself into a continuous diffuser that glows warm white from end to end.

Built for kitchen islands, long dining tables and formal hallways, the linear format casts even light along a 1.2-1.4m surface below it without the visual interruption of multiple pendants. The 1500mm cable drop is adjustable on installation, allowing the cylinder to sit 700-800mm above an island or dining surface depending on ceiling height. The soft white hardware reads as quiet against pale plaster ceilings.

Each cylinder is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the cloudy veining, mineral inclusions and tonal layering vary between individual pieces — no two Zareons look identical when lit. Unlit, the stone reads as pale grey-white with subtle marbling visible across the surface. Lit, the inclusions show as warmer amber and caramel pockets within the wider glow, giving the cylinder depth rather than a uniform tube of light.

The twin-cable suspension and minimal end caps keep visual weight on the stone itself. The 100mm section diameter gives the fitting genuine substance over its 1.5m length without crowding the space above an island, and the linear geometry suits contemporary, minimalist and architectural interiors where a round pendant cluster would feel busy.

What size island or dining table does the Zareon suit?

At 1.5m long, the Zareon casts even light along a surface of roughly 1.2-1.4m below it. It works well over kitchen islands of 1.6-2.4m and dining tables seating 6-8 people, sitting 700-800mm above the surface for balanced light coverage.

Is the integrated LED dimmable?

The Zareon uses an integrated 36W LED at 230V mains and 3000K colour temperature. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model — please contact us before pairing with a dimmer to confirm.

Does each piece look the same?

No. Each cylinder is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so the veining patterns, mineral inclusions and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural stone, not a defect, and means each Zareon is visually unique once installed.

How is the alabaster cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the stone and do not use household sprays, polishes or chemical cleaners.
