Description

Small, plain and quietly warm, this is a single pendant in a French gold finish, with a body 10cm across and 14cm tall. It holds one E27 lamp and the drop can be set at the point of hanging, so it can sit high in a hallway or come down close over a worktop. It will also dim, provided the lamp and the dimmer are chosen to work together. The lamp itself is worth picking around the shade you pair with it, as the shade decides how much of the bulb is on show.

We reach for this one where a wide fitting would crowd a room: hung in a row down a kitchen island, over a breakfast bar, above a console in a hall, or either side of a bed in place of table lamps. The slim body keeps sightlines clear, which helps in a galley kitchen or a small dining space. It suits anyone who already has a shade in mind, or who would rather leave a decorative filament lamp bare and let the gold do the rest.
