Description

The LED Fire Rated White Downlight is a die-cast recessed downlight with a citizen LED light source and an interchangeable aluminium bezel in a white finish. The LEDs are set back within the fitting to minimise glare, giving a cleaner look when you glance up at the ceiling. It gives a warm 2700K light, and because the bezel can be swapped, you have some flexibility over the finished appearance.

The fitting measures 80mm in diameter and carries a single integrated LED, rated at a maximum of 9W per lamp and 8.5W for the fitting, producing 405 lumens. The LEDs are supplied, so there is nothing further to buy to light the fitting. It comes with a trailing edge dimmable driver, so you can adjust the level to suit the room, and it is Class 1 electrically. It is rated IP65 and BS476 fire rated, which means it is suited to bathrooms and to ceilings where fire integrity matters. The fitting weighs 1.10kg and is for interior use.

This downlight suits kitchens, hallways, living spaces and bathrooms, where a low-profile recessed light works well either on its own or in a run across the ceiling. The warm colour temperature keeps things comfortable in spaces where you relax as well as those where you work.
