Description

The Tulum is a 400mm linear LED wall light with an integrated 12W 4000K LED module housed in a white rectangular body just 45mm high and 10mm deep. The LED casts 1000 lumens of cool white light through a frosted diffuser panel running the length of the fitting, creating an even wash of light along the wall surface without glare or hot spots.

Designed for modern residential and commercial interiors where clean lines and cool-toned light are required, the Tulum suits hallways, kitchen task areas and office spaces. The 400mm width provides sufficient light coverage for a 1.2-1.5m section of wall, making it suitable for positioning beside a bedroom door or as repeating fittings along a corridor. The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral white that matches daylight and pairs with contemporary colour schemes built around greys, whites and cooler tones.

The white powder-coated aluminium body sits almost flush to the wall with just 10mm projection from the mounting surface, giving a near-invisible profile when viewed from the side. The frosted polycarbonate diffuser hides the LED strip inside and turns the entire 400mm length into the light source rather than a row of individual points. At 0.62kg the fitting is light enough to mount on plasterboard with appropriate fixings and the integral driver removes the need for an external transformer.

The 45mm height and slim body keep the fitting close to the wall so it does not catch clothing or bags in narrow passages, and the 3 year warranty covers the module. The single continuous strip gives steady output across the full 400mm run.

Is the Tulum dimmable?

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimming. The fitting operates at full 1000 lumen output when switched on.

What's the difference between 4000K and 3000K?

4000K is a neutral cool white similar to daylight, producing a crisp bright light suited to task areas and modern kitchens. 3000K is a warm white that creates a softer, yellower glow more suited to living rooms and bedrooms. The Tulum is available in both temperatures under separate SKUs.

Can it be mounted vertically?

The fitting is designed for horizontal mounting, typically above mirrors or along walls at dado height. Vertical mounting is possible but the 400mm length may look disproportionate in that orientation.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

No IP rating is declared for the Tulum, so it is suitable for dry indoor locations only and should not be installed in a bathroom zone where moisture or spray is present.
