Tropez 3 Light RGB Glass Flush Ceiling Light with Remote - Polished Chrome

The Tropez is a 300mm flush ceiling light with vertical icicle-style glass prisms suspended from a polished chrome canopy, combining three G9 halogen bulbs with perimeter RGB LEDs. The glass prisms are precision-cut to refract light from both the central bulbs and the LEDs around the edge of the canopy, creating layered ambient and accent lighting controlled separately via the included remote.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms and media spaces with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above, the Tropez suits modern and contemporary interiors where adjustable mood lighting adds value. The 370mm drop from ceiling to base of the longest prisms gives the fitting vertical presence without requiring the clearance of a pendant. The RGB LEDs offer seven preset colours (red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta, white) and two colour-changing modes, while the G9 bulbs provide task and general illumination that can be dimmed independently when paired with dimmable G9 lamps.

The polished chrome finish on the canopy reflects light from both the LEDs and the halogen sources, amplifying the colour-changing effects when RGB mode is active. The glass prisms are arranged in a radial pattern around the canopy, each tapering to a point and aligned vertically to create a curtain-like visual effect. At 3.6kg the fitting requires secure fixing to a ceiling joist or a suitably rated ceiling rose, and the remote operates on infrared line-of-sight from up to approximately 8m distance.

Can the RGB LEDs and G9 bulbs be controlled separately?

Yes. The included remote allows the RGB LEDs and the G9 halogen bulbs to be switched on or off independently, so you can use only the LEDs for colour accent lighting, only the G9 bulbs for white task light, or both together for layered effect.

What colours are available on the RGB mode?

The RGB LEDs offer seven preset colours: red, green, blue, yellow, cyan, magenta and white. Two additional colour-changing modes cycle through the spectrum automatically at adjustable speeds.

Are the G9 bulbs dimmable?

The Tropez supports dimming when fitted with dimmable G9 bulbs and connected to a compatible dimmer switch on the mains circuit. The RGB LEDs dim via the remote control independently of the mains dimmer.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 370mm drop suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.3m or above. In lower-ceiling spaces the prisms may hang closer to head height than is comfortable in circulation areas, but the fitting can still be used over a bed or sofa where vertical clearance is less critical.
