Description

The Knightsbridge TRKRA1S is an L-shaped right-angle connector for joining two sections of single-circuit track lighting rail at 90 degrees. The connector carries live, neutral and earth conductors through the corner, maintaining electrical continuity across the junction and allowing track heads to be positioned either side of the corner without needing separate power feeds.

Designed for residential and commercial track lighting installations where track needs to turn a corner around a room perimeter, alcove or ceiling beam, the connector fits Knightsbridge TRKSPxx series track. The 108mm leg length on each arm provides enough material to seat firmly into the track channel on both sides of the corner, while the 18mm projection from ceiling matches the profile of the track itself.

The polycarbonate body houses copper conductors rated for 230V 50Hz mains, with screw terminals visible on each leg for secure connection to the track's internal busbars. The satin nickel finish on the visible L-plate matches the standard finish across Knightsbridge's track range, giving a consistent metallic appearance where the connector sits exposed at the corner. The connector can also function as a central power feed point if the mains cable is brought to the corner rather than to a separate feed-in connector.
