Description
The Knightsbridge track in-line connector joins two sections of single-circuit track in the TRKSPxx series, maintaining both electrical continuity and structural alignment across the join. The connector body is moulded from polycarbonate with copper contact plates that slot into the track's conductor channels, rated for 230V 50Hz mains operation.
Designed for track lighting installations in retail, gallery, hospitality and residential settings, the connector allows track runs to extend beyond single track lengths or to turn corners when paired with other track system components. The 80mm body fits between track sections without visible fixings on the underside, keeping the track profile continuous. Installation requires slotting the connector into the track channel and securing the copper contacts to the conductors using the two Phillips-head screws visible in the top plate.
The satin nickel finish matches the brushed metallic appearance of Knightsbridge's satin nickel track and spotlight fittings, giving a cohesive look across the full track system. The 18mm projection from ceiling to the bottom edge of the connector matches standard track depth, so the connector sits flush with the track profile when installed. At 35mm wide and 80mm long, the connector is visible but compact, functioning as both a joining component and a visual accent where track sections meet.

Frequently Asked
What track is this compatible with?
The connector is designed for Knightsbridge's TRKSPxx single-circuit track series. It will not work with 3-circuit track systems or track from other manufacturers due to differences in conductor spacing and connector pin configuration.
How is it installed?
The connector slots into the track channel at the join between two track sections. The copper contact plates align with the conductors inside the track, then the two Phillips-head screws in the top plate are tightened to secure the electrical connection.
Can it be used outdoors?
No. The IP20 rating means the connector is suitable for dry indoor environments only. It does not carry weather protection and should not be installed in bathrooms, outdoor areas or anywhere exposed to moisture.
What other finishes are available?
Knightsbridge produces track connectors in satin nickel, white and black finishes to match the corresponding track and spotlight ranges. Use the search function or filters to find other finishes in stock at Niori.
