The Tiffany is a 500mm crystal pendant light built around a cylindrical cream pleated shade that conceals three E14 bulb fittings inside, with strands of clear faceted crystal droplets hanging below the shade rim. The shade is supported by an antique brass frame with angled tubular arms radiating from a central hub, suspended on a matching antique brass chain from a flared ceiling cup.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and living rooms with ceiling heights of 2.5m or above, the Tiffany balances ambient and decorative function. The cream pleated fabric diffuses light outward while the crystal droplets catch and reflect it below, creating layered illumination that works well above a dining table or in a double-height entrance. The drop is adjustable between 700mm and 1560mm on installation, allowing the pendant to be set at the correct height for the room's proportions and furniture placement.

The antique brass finish on the frame and chain shows a warm, slightly aged patina that pairs well with traditional and classical interiors, as well as warmer-toned contemporary schemes. The cream shade is made from pleated synthetic fabric with a vertical rib structure that gives it a finely textured appearance when lit. At 3.9kg the pendant has enough mass to feel substantial without requiring additional ceiling reinforcement beyond a standard ceiling rose and joist.

The three E14 bulbs sit inside the shade rather than below it, so the crystal droplets are purely decorative rather than acting as secondary diffusers. This means bulb choice affects the warmth and brightness of the light passing through the shade — warm-white LED bulbs at 2700K give a softer glow, while cooler 3000K or 4000K bulbs produce a crisper, brighter output through the cream fabric.

The Tiffany takes three E14 (small Edison screw) bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K-3000K for ambient dining room or hallway lighting.

Is the Tiffany dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable bulbs and pair the pendant with a compatible dimmer switch. Standard non-dimmable LED bulbs will not dim correctly and may flicker.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 700mm plus the 500mm shade diameter means the pendant suits rooms with ceiling heights of at least 2.5m. For a dining table the pendant typically hangs 700-850mm above the table surface, which works in rooms with ceilings of 2.7m or above.

Can the shade fabric be cleaned?

The pleated cream fabric can be dusted gently with a soft brush or microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the fabric and allow it to dry fully before switching the light back on.
