Three clear glass globes sit close under a round polished chrome plate, each one holding a slim silver mesh shade inside the glass so the light is softened before it reaches the room. For cleaning, wait until the lamps are cold, then take a barely damp cloth to the glass and dry the chrome straight after so no water marks are left behind; skip abrasive creams, which will dull the polish. It carries a one year warranty.
