Description

The Solviera is a 1196mm x 850mm rectangular wall mirror set within a continuous frame of natural Spanish alabaster, with slim brushed brass inlays running along the inner edge where the stone meets the mirror surface. Softly rounded corners follow the profile of the alabaster block, and an integrated 3000K LED inside the frame backlights the stone so the perimeter glows when switched on.

Designed for dressing rooms, bedrooms, hallways and bathroom-adjacent spaces, the mirror works equally as a practical full-face reflector and as a wall-mounted light source in its own right. Switched off, the alabaster reads as a warm honey-toned stone frame with visible veining. Switched on, the LED turns the entire alabaster border into a soft halo of warm white light, casting flattering ambient illumination across the face of the user without the harsh shadows associated with overhead lighting.

The frame combines stainless steel structure, solid copper internal components and hand-cut alabaster panels, giving the mirror a substantial wall presence at just over 1.1m tall. Each alabaster section shows different veining and tonal variation, so the frame's character is unique to the individual piece. The brass inlay catches the LED light along its edge, adding a defined linear accent that contrasts with the organic stone pattern. Operates on 230V mains and carries a 2-year warranty.

Can the Solviera be used as a bathroom mirror?

The Solviera does not carry a published IP rating, so it is not certified for installation within bathroom zones. It suits dressing rooms, bedrooms, hallways and bathroom-adjacent areas where it sits outside splash zones. Please contact us if you need IP rating confirmation before specifying for a wet area.

What colour temperature is the integrated LED?

The integrated LED runs at 3000K, a warm white that flatters skin tones in dressing and bedroom use. The light is diffused through the alabaster frame, so it reads softer and warmer than a direct LED source.

Does each mirror look the same?

No. The frame is cut from natural Spanish alabaster, so veining, mineral patterning and tonal variation differ between individual pieces. This is a feature of the natural stone, not a defect, and is most visible when the LED is switched on.

How is the alabaster frame cleaned?

Alabaster is porous and softer than marble. Wipe the frame gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For the mirror surface, use a barely-damp cloth and avoid letting cleaning sprays contact the alabaster. Do not use household glass cleaners, polishes or chemical sprays directly on the stone.
