Description

The Skydro is a flush-mount LED ceiling light built from a cluster of chrome pebble-shaped reflectors arranged on a single ceiling plate. Integrated LEDs sit on a slim arm beneath the cluster, casting 3000K warm-white light upwards onto the polished underside of each pebble, which then reflects diffused illumination back down into the room. Available in two sizes: a small 5-light version with a 10W LED output and a larger 6-light version with a 20W LED output.

Built for low ceilings, the Skydro sits flush against the plate without a drop, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights below 2.4m where a pendant would feel intrusive. The indirect reflected light suits living rooms, dining areas, hallways and contemporary bedrooms where ambient rather than task lighting is wanted. The smooth, undivided pebble forms keep dust-catching detail to a minimum compared with crystal or multi-arm fittings.

Each pebble is finished in a high-polish chrome that mirrors its surroundings, so the fixture reads differently depending on time of day, wall colour and natural light levels. The small version measures 100cm wide by 108cm long with a 35cm projection from the ceiling; the large version extends to 135cm by 142cm with a 42cm projection. Despite the generous footprint, the visual mass remains light because the pebbles read as floating reflective shapes rather than a solid panel.
