Description

This flexible connector joins two sections of single-circuit track lighting rail with a concertina-style thermoplastic joint that allows up to 90° articulation between the two track ends. The connector clips into the track channels at both ends, maintaining electrical continuity through copper contacts inside the thermoplastic housing while allowing the track run to bend around corners, follow curved ceilings, or navigate obstacles.

Designed for commercial retail, gallery and residential installations where track lighting needs to follow non-linear paths, the connector is compatible with Knightsbridge's TRKSPxx series single-circuit track. It can be used as a joining piece between two track sections or positioned as a central power feed point where mains cable enters the track run mid-span rather than at an end feed. The black thermoplastic finish matches the standard black track rails in the Knightsbridge range.

The concertina section measures 294mm when fully extended and compresses to approximately 180mm when bent to 90°, giving flexibility in positioning during installation. The connector body is 35mm wide and projects 18mm from the track when fitted, matching the profile of the track rail itself. The thermoplastic housing is rated IP20 for indoor dry-location use and carries Class I earthing through the copper contact plates at each end.
