Description

The Knightsbridge single adjustable spotlight takes a GU10 lamp behind a matt white powder-coated pressed steel head that rotates 350° and tilts 180°. The wall or ceiling plate measures 82mm diameter and the head projects 132mm from the wall when angled straight out. Polished brass knurled adjustment wheels control the tilt and rotation, giving tactile control over light direction.

Designed for accent lighting in kitchens, home offices, hallways and bedrooms, the spotlight can be ceiling-mounted to highlight artwork, shelving or architectural details, or wall-mounted to wash light across a feature wall or reading position. The 350° rotation means a ceiling-mounted fitting can direct light almost anywhere in the room without needing to be repositioned, while the 180° tilt allows the beam to be angled from straight down to near-horizontal.

The matt white finish provides a clean, neutral fitting that blends into white and off-white ceilings without creating visual weight. The polished brass details on the adjustment wheels and internal joint add warmth and contrast, pairing well with mixed-metal interiors and contemporary spaces that combine cool and warm finishes. What bulb does it take?

The spotlight takes a standard GU10 bulb up to 50W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with a 5-7W GU10 LED in either warm white (2700K-3000K) for ambient use or daylight (4000K-5000K) for task lighting.

Can it be wall-mounted as well as ceiling-mounted?

Yes. The 82mm diameter backplate can be fixed to either a ceiling or a wall, and the 350° rotation and 180° tilt allow the head to be angled for either mounting position.

Is it dimmable?

Dimming depends on the GU10 bulb you install. Use a dimmable GU10 LED with a compatible dimmer switch for dimming functionality. Non-dimmable GU10 bulbs will operate at full brightness only.

What's the IP rating?

IP20, which means it's suitable for dry indoor environments only. It cannot be used in bathrooms within zones 1 or 2, or outdoors.
