The LED Fire Rated Downlight is a die-cast recessed fitting with a satin nickel bezel. The bezel is made from aluminium and is interchangeable, so you can swap the finish if your scheme changes over time. Its clean, low-profile form sits neatly into the ceiling, and the LEDs are set back within the housing to reduce glare. This is a practical, well made downlight that gives a warm, comfortable light.

The fitting measures 80mm in diameter and holds a single integrated LED light source using a citizen chip. Maximum wattage per lamp is 9W, with a maximum fitting wattage of 8.5W, producing 405 lumens at a warm 2700K colour temperature. The lamp is supplied, so nothing further is needed to get up and running. It comes with a trailing edge dimmable driver, letting you set the level to suit the room. Rated IP65 and BS476 fire rated, it is built to Class 1 electrical standards and weighs 1.10kg.
