Description

This is a die-cast LED recessed downlight, finished with a satin brass bezel. The bezel is made from aluminium and is interchangeable, so the finish can be swapped if your scheme changes. Inside sits a Citizen LED light source, set back into the fitting to reduce glare when you look up at the ceiling. The result is a neat, low-profile fitting that sits flush and keeps the focus on the light rather than the fixture.

The downlight measures 80mm in diameter and carries a single integrated LED, so no separate lamp is needed. It draws a maximum of 8.5W and gives 405 lumens at a warm 2700K colour temperature. A trailing edge dimmable driver is supplied, letting you set the level to suit the room, and you will need a compatible trailing edge dimmer switch to control it. The fitting is rated IP65, which means it is protected against dust and water jets, and it is BS476 fire rated. It is Class 1 and weighs 1.10kg. This is an interior fitting.

The warm light and IP65 rating make this a sensible choice for kitchens, bathrooms and hallways, as well as living spaces where you want a soft, even glow. Because the bezel is interchangeable, you can match it to satin brass fittings elsewhere or change it later. We supply the downlight complete with its LED and driver, ready to install by a qualified electrician. If you want a different bezel finish, that is ordered separately.
