The Saona Small Round is a 170mm diameter flush ceiling light with an integrated 14W LED delivering 1190 lumens at 3000K warm white. The matt white plastic housing sits 40mm below the ceiling, making it suitable for rooms with limited ceiling height or spaces where a low-profile fitting is preferred. The LED is non-dimmable and runs on standard 230V mains.

Designed for hallways, cloakrooms, WCs, small landing areas and side corridors, the Saona Small Round provides functional ambient light across a 110° beam angle. The 170mm diameter covers enough ceiling area to light a 2-3m hallway or a small bathroom without needing multiple fittings. The 1190lm output is comparable to a 75-100W incandescent bulb, giving sufficient brightness for safe passage and daily tasks.

The matt white finish blends into white ceilings without creating a visual break, while the rounded edge detail softens the transition between fitting and plaster. The plastic construction keeps the weight to 0.65kg, allowing installation onto plasterboard ceilings without additional support. The integrated LED is sealed into the housing, so there are no bulbs to replace — the fitting is designed as a complete unit with an expected LED lifespan of 25,000-30,000 hours.

The Saona range includes larger diameter models (260mm, 380mm) and square variants for rooms needing wider light spread. This 170mm model is the smallest in the family and targets compact spaces where a larger flush fitting would dominate the ceiling plane.

Yes. The 40mm profile projects only 40mm below the ceiling line, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights of 2.2m-2.4m where a pendant or semi-flush would feel too close to head height.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?
