Description

The Sangamo Powersaver Dual Flexi Controller is a wall-mounted immersion heater timer compatible with single, dual and twin immersion element configurations. The unit provides pre-set Economy 7, Economy 10 and Eco20:20 tariff programs that can be adjusted or cancelled to suit installation requirements, plus a 24-hour electronic timer with automatic summer/winter time changes.

Designed as a direct replacement for Horstmann E7, E7Q and Sangamo Q7 controllers, the Powersaver fits existing back boxes without re-wiring or adaptor plates. The controller operates in Off, Timed or Boost modes via a three-position rocker switch on the front panel. The Boost function runs for up to 2 hours and can be programmed using the Set/Review buttons, allowing on-demand hot water heating outside the scheduled Economy tariff periods.

The digital LCD display shows the current time and active heating mode (Economy or Boost). The white faceplate measures 170mm x 115mm x 73mm and sits flush with the wall once installed. The controller handles loads up to 3kW per element and operates on 230V mains, with terminals for live, neutral and switched output to the immersion heater element.
