Description

These L-shaped snap-fit connectors join two runs of 12mm RGBW LED tape at a 90-degree angle, allowing the strip to route around internal corners, cabinet edges or alcove perimeters without soldering. Each connector holds 30 x 30mm footprint and 5mm height, with spring-loaded contacts that grip the tape's copper pads when the cover is pressed closed.

Designed for internal LED strip installations in kitchens, cabinets, shelving and display units, the connectors suit 12mm-wide RGBW tape only and are not compatible with single-colour or RGB variants. The IP20 rating limits them to dry internal environments — they cannot be used in bathrooms, outdoor installations or anywhere moisture is present. The pack contains five connectors, sufficient for routing a single run through multiple corners or splitting across several separate installations.

The white polymer housing blends into white or light-coloured surfaces and can be tucked into cabinet recesses or behind trim where the join needs to be concealed. The snap-fit design means the tape can be removed and repositioned if needed during installation, though repeated opening and closing of the spring contacts will eventually reduce contact pressure. Each connector accepts standard 12mm RGBW tape with exposed copper pads at the cut points — pre-tinned or sleeved cable ends will not fit.
