Description

The Puebla is a 125mm opal glass globe pendant suspended on a matt black stem from a cylindrical matt black ceiling canopy. An integrated 9W LED inside the globe casts 630lm at 3000K through the opal glass, diffusing the light evenly in all directions. The black stem and canopy provide geometric contrast against the soft white sphere.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables, hallways and bedside positions, the Puebla pairs well with both single and clustered installations. The adjustable drop ranges from 440mm to 2040mm, allowing it to be set at the appropriate height for the ceiling and the surface below. At minimum drop the pendant sits close to the ceiling as a semi-flush mount; at maximum drop it can hang over a standard dining table in a room with 2.7m ceilings or higher.

The opal glass globe hides the LED module from direct view, preventing glare while maintaining full 360-degree light distribution. The matt black finish on the canopy and stem absorbs rather than reflects surrounding light, keeping visual focus on the illuminated globe itself. At 0.65kg the fitting is light enough for standard plasterboard ceiling fixings when properly anchored.

The 9W power draw and 630lm output make the Puebla a modest light source rather than a primary room fitting, so it works best over a defined surface or in multiples across a larger space. The 125mm globe keeps the visual footprint small, letting several pendants sit in a row without crowding a sightline. A 3 year warranty covers the integrated LED, and the 220-240V supply runs at either 50 or 60Hz. The wide 440mm to 2040mm drop range means the same fitting suits both low and tall ceilings.

Is the Puebla dimmable?

No. The integrated LED is not compatible with dimmer switches and must be wired to a standard on/off switch only.

What ceiling height works best for this pendant?

The adjustable 440-2040mm drop suits ceiling heights from 2.4m up to 3.5m. For a dining table or kitchen island, set the globe 650-800mm above the surface. For hallways or entrance areas where it functions as ambient rather than task light, a higher position closer to the ceiling works well.

Can multiple Puebla pendants be installed in a row?

Yes. The 125mm globe diameter and compact canopy allow three or more Puebla pendants to be spaced along a kitchen island or dining table without visual crowding. Space them 600-900mm apart depending on island length.

How is the opal glass cleaned?

Switch off at the mains and allow the LED to cool. Wipe the glass with a soft dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks use a barely-damp cloth with distilled water, then dry immediately. Do not use household glass cleaners or sprays as they may leave residue on the matt black metalwork.
