Description

The Prima floor lamp stands on a base of dark grey marble, giving it real weight and a grounded, natural look. The marble carries its own soft veining, so each base has a slightly different pattern across the surface. It is part of our Prima range, and the finish here is a deep, dark grey that sits comfortably alongside neutral and darker interiors alike. The upright is slim and clean, keeping the focus on the stone at its foot.

The lamp reaches a height of 1730mm and weighs around 14.10kg, so it holds its place well on the floor. It takes a single E27 lamp with a maximum of 20W, producing up to 806 lumens at a warm 2700K when fitted with a suitable bulb. Lamps are not supplied, so you will need to add one separately. This model is not dimmable. It is rated IP20 for interior use and is Class 2. There is a foot switch on the cable for easy control from standing height. Please note this lamp does not include a shade, which is ordered separately.

The Prima suits a living room corner, a reading spot beside a chair, or a hallway where a floor-standing light adds height and a little warmth. The marble base works nicely against wood, wool and painted walls. When you buy from us, we send it ready to plug in, though you will need to source your own E27 lamp and shade to complete it. If you would prefer a different look, the black shade version (SL228/1173) is also available. Order online and we will arrange delivery to you, with our usual support on hand if you have any questions about the fitting or the finish.
