Description

The Ora is an 80cm sculptural suspension light built from a continuous ribbon of gloss white ABS polymer that flows through eight undulating curves, each housing an E27 bulb behind an opal diffuser. The form hangs from a polished chrome canopy on adjustable cables, allowing a drop between 400mm and 1500mm depending on ceiling height and installation preference.

Designed for dining rooms, living rooms and entrance halls with ceiling heights of 2.6m or higher, the Ora functions as both ambient light source and three-dimensional centrepiece. The eight E27 sockets accept standard screw-fit bulbs (CFL bulbs included, LED replacements compatible), allowing control over colour temperature and brightness. With suitable dimmable bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, output can be adjusted from full 120W brightness down to low accent lighting.

The gloss white ABS body is a single moulded piece that curves through space without visible seams, giving the fitting its continuous flowing profile. The opal diffusers along each curve soften the light from the eight bulbs, preventing glare while highlighting the form's geometry. Polished chrome accents at the suspension points and canopy provide metallic contrast against the white body. At 3.4kg the fitting requires secure ceiling fixing into a joist or to a spreading plate rated for the weight.
