Description

The Ora is a 90cm diameter suspension light built around a curved gloss black ABS frame that loops through a central chrome axis, holding eight E27 bulb positions with opal glass diffusers. The frame is finished in automotive-grade high-gloss black paint, giving it a deep reflective surface that catches ambient light and emphasises the continuous curve of the structure. Polished chrome fittings at each bulb position and the central suspension point contrast with the black frame.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Ora provides diffused ambient light across a 3-4m table or seating area. The 1500mm maximum drop is adjustable down to 350mm minimum, allowing the pendant to be set 700-900mm above a dining surface depending on ceiling height. The opal diffusers soften the E27 bulbs (included) and prevent glare from below. Total power consumption is 120W across all eight bulbs at 2700K warm white.

The gloss black ABS body weighs 3.3kg and sits within a 900mm diameter footprint when viewed from below, so the fitting suits rooms where the dining or island area is at least 2.5m wide to avoid the pendant dominating the space. The chrome and black combination pairs with both warm-toned contemporary interiors and cooler monochrome schemes. The included CFL lamps are dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer switch, allowing output to be reduced for ambient evening lighting.
