Description

The Nur is a sculptural LED table lamp built around a continuous curved ribbon of matt white aluminium that arcs upward from a 180mm circular base. The ribbon forms an S-curve approximately 280mm tall, with a frosted polycarbonate diffuser running along the inner edge of the curve. An integrated 15W LED behind the diffuser casts 1200 lumens of 3000K warm white light outward through the frosted panel and downward onto the base ring.

Designed for bedside tables, side tables in living rooms, and desk surfaces where sculptural form and ambient light are both needed, the Nur provides background illumination rather than focused task light. The curved form directs most of the light output horizontally and downward, softening the immediate area around the lamp without glare. The 180mm base footprint fits most standard bedside tables and console surfaces without overhanging.

The matt white aluminium finish on the ribbon gives the lamp a soft, powder-coated texture that minimises fingerprints and blends with white, grey and pale wood interiors. The frosted polycarbonate diffuser hides the LED strip inside while maintaining even light distribution along the full length of the arc. At 0.37kg the lamp is light enough to move between rooms but stable enough on the circular base to resist tipping. The integrated LED is non-dimmable and runs on standard UK 220-240V mains via a plug-in cable.
