Description

The Nico is a 353mm geometric pendant light built around an open diamond-shaped cage frame in burnished brass, hand-welded from flat metal stock to form clean angular lines that taper to points at top and bottom. A single E27 bulb fitting sits at the centre of the cage on a drop rod, leaving the bulb fully visible through the open metalwork.

Designed for installation over kitchen islands, dining tables and in hallways where ceiling heights allow for a 698mm minimum drop, the Nico works as a single pendant or in multiples along a run. The open cage profile means the bulb choice matters — Edison-style ST64 or G125 LED filament bulbs at 2200K-2700K complement the burnished brass finish and show the visible element clearly. The 1524mm cable allows drops between 698mm and 2264mm, giving flexibility for rooms with ceiling heights from 2.4m to 3.2m.

The burnished brass finish has a satin-matte surface that sits between polished brass (too reflective) and antique brass (too aged), giving a warmer metal tone than brushed nickel or chrome without the high shine. The hand-welded joints where each angular section meets are ground smooth, so the cage reads as a continuous geometric form rather than separate pieces bolted together.
