The Maddison takes two G9 capsule bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with LED G9 bulbs in the 3-5W range and 2700K-3000K warm white for ambient lighting. Halogen G9 bulbs up to 33W per socket are also compatible but run hotter and use more energy.

Is it dimmable?

Yes, when fitted with dimmable G9 bulbs and paired with a compatible dimmer switch. Not all LED G9 bulbs are dimmable, so check the bulb specification before purchasing if dimming is required.

What ceiling height is needed?

The minimum drop of 420mm means the pendant sits at least 420mm below the ceiling rose. For installation above a dining table or kitchen island, a ceiling height of 2.4m or above is recommended to avoid the pendant hanging too low. The drop is adjustable up to 2000mm and is set during installation.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the mains supply before cleaning. Wipe each crystal strand gently with a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crystals and do not use household sprays or chemical cleaners.
