The LYYT 8mm single colour LED strip L connector creates a 90° corner join between two sections of 8mm single colour LED tape without requiring soldering or wire splicing. Each connector uses a snap-fit polycarbonate housing with two apertures set at right angles, into which the LED strip is inserted and clamped by internal metal contacts that grip the copper pads on the tape.

Designed for residential accent lighting, under-cabinet kitchen lighting, retail display shelving and signage installations where LED tape needs to turn a corner, the connectors suit standard 8mm single colour LED strip rated at 12V or 24V DC. The 28 x 28mm footprint sits flush against most surfaces and can be adhered in place using double-sided tape or left loose if the LED tape adhesive backing provides enough hold. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments.

Each connector weighs 1.7g and measures 28 x 28 x 3mm, making it unobtrusive once installed behind plinths, coves or cabinet edges.
