Description

The LYYT 10mm single colour LED strip T connector joins two LED strips at a right angle to a third, creating a T-shaped branch in a continuous run. The snap-fit design clamps onto the copper contact pads on 10mm-wide single colour LED tape without soldering, using spring-loaded metal pins inside the connector body to maintain electrical contact.

Used in residential under-cabinet lighting, retail display installations and exhibition builds where LED strip runs need to branch across cabinets, shelves or architectural features. The connector accepts 10mm single colour LED tape (typically 2-pin tape with one positive and one negative contact) and locks the tape in place with a hinged cover that clips down over the copper pads. Each connector measures 50 x 32 x 3mm and weighs 2.8g.

The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only — the connector is not sealed against moisture or dust ingress. The polycarbonate housing and tin-plated copper contacts provide reliable conductivity for tape runs up to typical single colour strip ratings (12V or 24V depending on the tape used). Five connectors per pack allows multiple branches in a single installation without needing to order individual connectors.
