Description

The Llamas is a 780mm sculptural table lamp built from three curved black metal arms rising from a weighted circular base, each arm terminating in a G4 halogen bulb fitting. The arms sweep upward and outward in an asymmetric arrangement, creating a tall, narrow profile with a 310mm footprint. Three 20W G4 halogen bulbs are included and sit exposed at the tip of each arm, casting direct light outward and reflecting off the gloss-black finish of the metal curves.

Designed as a feature piece rather than ambient lighting, the Llamas suits console tables, sideboards, and accent cabinets in living rooms, hallways and bedroom corners where there is space for the 780mm height to read without being obstructed. The inline dimmer on the cable allows brightness adjustment from a soft glow to full output, making the lamp usable as both background accent and reading light depending on position. The 4.2kg weight keeps the lamp stable on flat surfaces despite the height and the outward reach of the arms.

The gloss-black finish on the metal shows fingerprints and dust readily, so the lamp benefits from being positioned where it is not frequently handled. The exposed halogen bulbs create pinpoint light sources that cast sharp shadows and highlight the curves of the metal arms when lit. The lamp is NOT compatible with LED or CFL bulbs — only G4 halogen capsules should be used, as stated in the specification.

No. The specification states NOT LED/CFL Compatible — only G4 halogen capsules should be used. LED or CFL bulbs may damage the transformer or cause the lamp to malfunction.
