The Leimo is a single-light wall light built around a curved French gold arm that extends from a circular wall plate to support a spherical cut crystal shade. The shade comprises dozens of faceted crystal elements set into a gold wire cage, creating prismatic light reflection when the G9 bulb inside is lit. The fitting is manufactured as a left-hand orientation, meaning the arm curves to the left when viewed from the front.

Designed for bedrooms, hallways and living room accent lighting, the Leimo works as a pair flanking a mirror, headboard or artwork, or as a single fitting where wall space is limited. The 130mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting clear of doorways and tight corridors, while the 250mm width provides enough visual presence to anchor the fitting on larger wall expanses. The curved arm includes a decorative French gold leaf element between the wall plate and the crystal shade.

The French gold finish is a warm yellow-gold tone that sits between polished brass and antique brass, with a slight depth to the colour that reduces glare under direct light. The cut crystal elements are clear glass faceted on multiple planes, so the light pattern changes depending on viewing angle and bulb type. Yes, when fitted with a dimmable G9 bulb and connected to a compatible dimmer switch. The fitting itself is dimmer-compatible; the bulb must also be marked as dimmable.

How is the crystal shade cleaned?

Switch off at the mains and allow the bulb to cool. Wipe the crystal elements with a dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable. Do not use household sprays or abrasive cloths, as these can scratch the crystal facets or damage the gold finish.
